Maple Ridge Detached homes Market Weekly Market comment
My data analysis and research disclosed a continuing trend this last week over the prior week:

- The number of sales week over week is down. 6 sales of detached homes in Maple Ridge versus 8 in the prior week. I went back and double checked my research since the number of sales was so low and 6 is correct!
- Number of listings entering the market is high, not as high as last weeks but still high. Number of price reductions has increased week over week.
- Again, the changes above indicate that home owners need to be really price competitive to get offers and recognize sale prices most likely will not be what they were a few months ago. Few offers are coming in to owners. Owners getting offers are rare and must be considered deeply by owners as another one may not appear for a while and I don’t know how much time a while is.
- The impact of the BoC rate willl be interesting to see. Keep tuned!
