- 4 sales below 1.2 million versus 4 in the prior week
- 7 sales below 1.5 million versus 11 in the prior week
- 2 sales over 1.5 million versus 2 in the prior week
- Lower list prices? Detached homes in Maple Ridge below the 1 m threshold is now 61 same as last week. 96 below 1.1 million
