Maple Ridge Detached homes Market Weekly Market comment
My data analysis and research disclosed another surprise this last week over the prior week:
- 50 percent increase in sales of detached homes week over week (15 vs 10)
- 3 times as many homes over 1.5 m sold versus the prior week.
- Increase in the number of below 1 m detached homes sold.
NOTE: What could have caused these higher priced sales is the sale of lower priced homes that were keys to owners buying up in price in the market. And as always, one week does not make a trend, so keep in touch.
Overall, we are statistically still in a buyer’s market for detached homes in, less favorable for sellers and many opportunities for buyers.
