My data analysis and research disclosed a continuing trend this last week over the prior week: (details in discussion below this overview)
- The good news is that the sales have picked up a little bit in Maple Ridge particularly in homes listed below the one million price. This could lead over time to increased sales in the higher priced detached homes if sellers of the lower priced detached homes are buying up in price.
- We have slight drop in the number of new listings and price reductions
- Still a relatively consistent amount of sub one million homes for sale
Overall, we are statistically still in a buyer’s market for detached homes, less favorable for sellers and many opportunities for buyers.
