An ‘offre d’achat’ is the first step you will make to purchase your new property in the south of France on the French Riviera.
The ‘offre d’achat’ could be directly translated to mean an ‘offer of purchase’ and it can be written on a piece of paper, prepared in an email or verbally expressed by a buyer to the seller. It is only the first step and has little legal weight until both the buyer and seller sign a called a ‘Compromis de Vente”.
