In British Columbia to be a real estate salesperson you have to pass an intense licensing course and then an exam. It is a course run by the renowned University of British Columbia. David passed the exam with a passing grade of 96 percent and continued annually to complete professional training programs that involve the study of real estate law and business ethics.
David has taken his strong work ethic, business background and passion for customer service with him from Canada to now work in the area in the south of France by the mediterranean sea called the French Riviera.
